The correspondence between Painlevé equations and c=1 conformal blocks, and its generalisation

Abstract:

This talk will start with an overview of the Painlevé/CFT correspondence that was initiated by the seminal paper of Gamayun, Iorgov, Lisovyi. I will then motivate a generalisation of such a correspondence using the probabilistic construction of conformal blocks.
